Level E (END) 88 points

The whole series revolved around him being fascinated.

Lol that was an interesting way to end this series. Ouji got married because of double trolling. The series ended up nicely with this arc.

I don’t really have a lot to say about this series that I haven’t said in my previous posts but I must say I loved every part of it. It’s a series that knows its a comedy and doesn’t go astray from that. Yes the first arc was undoubtedly the best one, but the succeeding ones were also very interesting and funny. You can see the effort to give different forms of comedy and I like it for that. With a great comedy, highly interesting characters, and high production values to boot, you can’t go wrong with this series.

Rational Rating:

Plot: 43/100 (The way it ended made it feel like one concrete story.)

Characters: 18/20 (Baka-Ouji turned earth into his playhouse. Yeah you can imagine the many characters this has.)

Production: 18/20 (Steadily good)

Overall Feel: 9/10 (Can’t go wrong with this series.)

Overall: 88/100 (B+, Recommended for people who want to learn how to troll.)

Level E 12

She doesn’t look like someone who’d have an evil plan… right?

Yay! Yukitaka and Miho are back as main characters! It’s time for the marriage plot and for once Baka-ouji and his men are on the same side. I wonder who’s the eveil guy this time though because all of them look innocent, even the brother and the fiancee. I swear if this is another Ouji prank plot I would kill myself. Though it doesn’t look too far off from that. Considerably, the level of hilarity is rising from last episode to this. Just shows how awesome Yukitaka and Miho are as main characters. If they just inserted these two in the middle episodes then I would have loved this show a lot more (not that I don’t love it now).

Verdict: 9/10 (It’s ending next episode so finger’s crossed for a good conclusive ending.)

Level E so far…

Honestly in my opinion Level E is pretty good. It started off hilariously funny (the first three episodes) but then it somehow tapered off afterwards. The level of hilarity went down a bit with the Color Rangers arc but it managed to stay that  funny until now. The thing is, if the jokes were as funny as the first three episodes, this series would ascend legendary status even beating the shit out off Fumoffu and School Rumble which is the funniest series ever for me.

I think the reason for this is the lack of Yukitaka. The way he reacts to baka-ouji was undoubtedly the funniest even beating the captain’s reactions. I just thought they would stick to him and that girl from the first few episodes but they kept on switching focus. The Color Rangers was a good replacement but not enough in my opinion. I’d say the series is good at being artistic. They always bring something different to the table. But the thing is , the first thing they served was something I would have loved to eat more and more. That’s kind of how I  feel about Level E right now. Its still one of the funniest shows I’ve seen in a while and definitely one of the better shows this season but one thing it failed to do was ascend to legendary status like my number one show this season, Madoka.

It may look like I’m complaining but I do really like this series. I hope Yukitaka comes back though.
